Entrepreneurs led by the Chairman of Prenedos Power Limited, Emmanuel Denedo, have said integrity is crucial for the growth of a business.
Speaking at the inauguration of Prenedos Power’s corporate head office in Lagos State, Denedo, urged business owners to make integrity their watchword.
He noted that integrity was instrumental in the company’s growth trajectory.
Denedo explained at the event which doubled as the commemoration of the company’s sixth anniversary, that, “Today, we are the number one electrical installation contractor nationwide and a leading performing contractor. Our name would be heard all over Africa in no distant future.
“We started in 2017 under the trees at the transmission station in Gowon Estate, strategising about where the first client would come from. Of course, we started with just a member of staff.
“The way we handle our relationship with partners earns the trust that keeps building the company. Now we have grown big enough to open another head office, providing a creative environment for our engineers and technicians to deliver electricity to factories and cascades to individuals.”
The Managing Director of the firm, Mrs Preye Denedo, said structures have been put in place for a greater output among the workforce over the years, despite it being a male-dominated sector.
The guest of honour at the event and Chief Executive O of Commonsense Group, Dr Olumide Emmanuel, applauded the management, team and board for promoting good virtues in their business.
He noted that innovation in the power sector was imminent.
Emmanuel said, “I’m happy with what has happened so far. You are now better positioned to serve the community and the nation.
“In the next few years, Prenedos Power Limited would not just be going national but international, and championing the provision of alternative energy solutions for Nigerians.”
The event had in attendance partners drawn from the Transmission Company of Nigeria; Ikeja Electric; banks; Calvary Bible Church and other allied organisations.
